Agreement to Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by submitting content, you grant Domain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the platform and our business operations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Gamification and Scoring

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the platform.
Modification of Service

Termination

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or applicable legal proceedings.
Severability

Waiver

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domain concerning the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms at our sole discretion without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
